The service
Wakedesk, operated by Ahmasoft (SMC-Pvt) Ltd., provides an AI-powered front desk that answers website and hosted-page inquiries, qualifies leads, and books appointments for your business. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Trials and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly (or annually, at a discount) in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period. Setup fees for Done-For-You are one-time and non-refundable once setup is delivered. Conversation allowances reset each calendar month and unused conversations do not roll over.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give the desk, for complying with laws that apply to your business's communications, and for following up with leads. You may not use Wakedesk for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, or attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
AI-generated responses
The desk generates responses automatically. It is designed to avoid inventing facts and to defer to your team when unsure, but AI output can be imperfect. You should review transcripts and correct your desk's configuration as needed. Wakedesk is not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, financial) advice, and you must not configure it to provide any.
Data
You own your business data and your leads. We process visitor conversations to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On cancellation you can export your leads; we delete account data within 30 days of account deletion.
Availability and liability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to customers before they take effect. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Governing law: Pakistan; disputes will first be attempted to resolve informally via hello@ahmasoft.com.
