Pricing questions
What counts as a conversation?+
One visitor chatting with your desk, however many messages they send. A quick question and a full qualify-and-book session both count as one.
What happens if I go over my plan's conversations?+
The desk shows a polite offline message to new visitors until the month resets, and we email you before that happens so you can upgrade in one click.
Can I switch plans or cancel?+
Anytime. Plans are month to month. Upgrades apply instantly; cancellations stop the next cycle and your data stays exportable.
How does Done-For-You work?+
We set up your desk on a short call: your services, your script, your branding, your booking times. Then we review the transcripts monthly and keep tuning it. You do nothing.
How do you handle payments and invoices?+
Card checkout is processed securely by our merchant of record. For Done-For-You and Agency we can also invoice directly. Either way you get a proper invoice from Ahmasoft (SMC-Pvt) Ltd.
