Who we are
Wakedesk is operated by Ahmasoft (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. ("we", "us"). We provide an AI front desk service that answers, qualifies, and books inbound leads for businesses ("customers"). Contact: hello@ahmasoft.com.
What we collect
For customers: account details (email, business name, industry, settings), usage data (conversations handled, leads captured, bookings made), and billing status. For visitors chatting with a Wakedesk-powered desk: the messages you type, which may include contact details you choose to share (name, phone, email) so the business can follow up. We hash IP addresses for abuse prevention and do not store raw IPs with conversations.
How chat messages are processed
Conversations are processed by large language model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate responses, and stored so the business you contacted can read the transcript and follow up. We do not use your conversations to train models. Do not share sensitive information (passwords, card numbers, health details) in chat.
How we use data
To run the service: answering and routing conversations, notifying the business of leads and bookings, showing customers their dashboard, sending transactional emails (trial and account notices), preventing abuse, and improving reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Where data lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel). Payments, when enabled, are processed by a merchant of record; we never see or store full card details.
Retention and deletion
Customers can delete leads and cancel accounts at any time; account deletion removes associated conversations, leads, and bookings within 30 days. Visitors may ask the business they contacted, or us at hello@ahmasoft.com, to delete their conversation data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email hello@ahmasoft.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will post updates to this policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced to customers by email.
